Over the past months we’ve made staffing changes helping our team to be better prepared to serve your
sewing, vacuum and home care needs. Daniel and I are here to consult with you and support your
shopping needs for sewing and vacuums, and we’ve now added several customer care specialists to
ensure that your experience in person and by phone is improved. You’ll recognize many of these
individuals from our community of sewing enthusiasts and they look forward to greeting you and
ensuring your needs are met.
We’re also rebuilding our sewing education team and will have updates soon on our new education
services to provide you one-on-one class experiences with our experts. Look for further information later
this month about how to find education to serve all ranges of sewing education from beginner to
advanced, including machine-specific training.
